Hmm, true. Something is not working fine with the mesh volumes. I'll investigate it ASAP.

How is this accurate edge more accurate then fast method ? If anything it is less accurate IMO.

What's the situation with importing Octane standalone materials in LW or orbx files ? Can it be done ? I want to investigate and learn from some standalone materials.

You can import Octane materials from the LiveDB or LocalDB using the material node that you have for it, but be aware that they live inside the Octane standard node editor. They are not translated to LightWave nodes inside the LW node editor, so I'm not sure how useful this feature is for learning purposes ... you are going to see the same than in Standalone.BorisGoreta wrote:What's the situation with importing Octane standalone materials in LW or orbx files ? With the spectron lights there isn't a way to control the light intensity except scaling the light up ?
