Just called Maxon support (USA). The guy I talked to (Steve) wasn't even aware there was a problem.

He said the OTOY team is on the beta for C4D.

Does anyone know if the European team is aware of this issue?

Honestly, does anyone know when R19 will be usable with Octane. This is getting ridiculous.
I've tried with 19.053 comes from developer's board. And it's writing files with 3.07-R2 and 3.08-test6. Which version of plugin?

Yes it's. Could you read this marked text? It's my bugreport and fix.

aoktar,

Are you saying it's fixed, or you filed the bug report?

aoktar,

Hey man, I am not trying to be difficult, I would appreciate if you wouldn't be either.

I read your post, you say it's your "fix". Ok, I am assuming that you mean it has been fixed?

If it has been fixed, I am posting here again, because it's not working on my end. Should I not post here and contact OTOY support instead? If so, if you can let me know, I would appreciate it.

I am running Windows 10, C4D R19 - 19.053, and Octane - Octane-for-C4D-V3.08-test6.1-win.

I am writing to my C drives desktop, just trying to output one frame.

Did you checked any passes? As i pointed that it's working on me and completely strange if no for you. Did you tried to save to another location else of desktop folder?

Hi,
it seems that the issue happens only if the file type is set to Tiff, with PNG, EXR, and PSD the render passes are saved correctly.

Thank you bepeg4d for figuring this out. I should have tried other formats, but I default to using TIFF files, so I didn't think of trying other formats.

Aoktar, thank you for your work on this, I appreciate what you do for the community.
