omg what a mess! now i have to consider also overheating...
i think i will buy this computer and use just my 2 gpu. and if i feel i need more power i will sell one or two and i will buy 2 1080, like smicha is suggesting. (and i really dont know if i will ever need that kind of power)
i will keep it simple.

Overheating appear only with 3 cards, so for now dont worry about it, for the cards power, you can increase it over time, about the cards I agree with Smicha, better to have one powerful gpu than 2 of mid range, because you have limited space to expand in future
