Ok have played a little bit more with strands.
Now its possible to transfer uv´s into an "OctaneUV" attribute wich is used inside the plugin to generate the strand uv´s.
The nearly same methode was used, in the image above, to read in a texture map from the emitter to drive the strand color.
But this is a little bit unflexible because if you want to mix some textures, you need some different texturemaps and mix they with ice-math together.
So this methode is more flexible
