I'm sorry - but this is something Otoy is going to need to fix. I can only suggest you try to get the 2.25 version of the plugin running.

You might get lucky with clearing the license file and try it again. Worked for me under beta testing when I got the error.
Try to clear "otoy_credentials" in AppData\Roaming\OctaneRender.
