HI Guys.

To activate Motion vector pass you must render on exr 32 bit and activate Motion blur type "Internal"
Then on the mesh type need to "Movable proxy" or "Reshapable proxy" so Octane will export the other frames of course as a usual set camera response on Linear and to see correctly as for mentalray set color management image color profile "linear sRGB"

That's it and is working fine :) you get a proper pass to play with Nuke and rsmb AE plug. Also make sure in render settings/common you have set animation and TIF16 aswell the frame range correctly.
