yeah, it's pretty awesome solution =) daisy chaned no, but You can have multiple of expansion units (2,3,4..) the problem let's say splitting/extending every PCIe into 3-4 if You need..but.. keep in mind that You likelly end up getting into trouble with maximum devices supported by Your hardware. Most motherboards would end up having issues with 7-8 GPUs, but there are serverr grade hardware that would give You a possibility to have up to 12 devices conected (maybe even more), but having more than 12 does not make sense anyway, at leas for now.. as Your licence (v2) will not allow to use more =) so I'd say.. good mother board + 2-3 splitters/bachkplates is more han enough. You end up with buch of devices that on good cooling would give You up to 1000-1200in terms of OctaneBench & eat quite a bit of juice from the wall - You migh end up having some issues there if Your instalation is a bit older..
