As a side note, I looked and could not find the journal file? I do not have an Appdata folder that had anything to do with Revit or Autodesk I could locate, even after doing a search on the C drive.
What version of Windows are you on pls?

For C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit [Revit version]\Journals you need to replace "[username]" with your Windows username.

Okay, a few interesting notes for today. First, the Journal file was hidden. I have found it and have attached it. Second, when I pulled up the Octane folder under Programs, there was only the .dat file. The application files were no where to be found.

UPDATE: I completely uninstalled Octane and started over. It seems to be working now. I have no idea what the issue was, but hopefully we have seen the last of it!

I had a look at the Journal file, and it does not say much unfortunately. I suspect the version you had problems with did not install correctly (maybe Revit was already running when the installation happened so some of the Octane libraries did not copy correctly). Good to hear you are now up and running.
