Copy/Paste material settings seems to not work for me.
Also, sometimes the "Default HDR Texture Environment" gets stuck, like I can change it from Default HDR to something, and the screen updates, but sometimes when I change it TO "Default HDR" the settings below are still displaying the other environment settings.
Another thing, rather hard for me to track down, but it seems like after I PAUSE the render and close the viewport window, after I change a setting/camera/material, the render begins again even with the viewport window closed.
Daz Studio 4.7, Octane 2.06, 344.75 WHQL driver.
All that being said, great work!!
Finally, I can edit materials without things crashing every 5 minutes.

oh I feel dumb. SO the 760 does work on 1.1. So you can ignore my earlier comment. I got 1.1 running with 1 660 and one 760 atm. will test 2.1 briefly as well.

I am also vaguely curious about the geograft issues. Primarily in why it only seems to affect the Genesis 2 series (at least for me) and with just about anything that geografts.
Resuming usual notice of a small thing that makes a huge difference because it actually worked in 1.2 and doesn't now:
Still have the issue of this whole clipboard copy/paste thing not actually functioning at all.
Specifically:
Cannot seem to copy to clipboard from LiveDB
Cannot paste anything copied to clipboard (including a preset created within OcDS 2.1 or any currently active mat) to another surface.
Drag/Drop works within mats at least, but is inefficient in many cases.
This also makes about half of the context menu's intended functions within the materials tab pointless.
Honestly, if it doesn't function as it is, it might be better just to roll back to the old copy/paste method you were using in 1.2 before striving for that final release, since that did (and still does) function just fine.
I do not seem to have the issue of saved mats not loading anymore (at least not on a figure with clothes I created with release 3. While I haven't tried doing anything with that same template again, the copy I got to function in release 3 still works fine in release 4, and loads properly on loading the subset. Of interest to me, it loads faster than before, by about 40%). This is also on a Genesis 1 figure, so I'm not sure if using a different figure is part of the problem with non-loading mats. I'm waiting for copy/paste to function before I dive into the mess of G2 again, as if the geografting thing still reassigns surface names strangely, it'll be incredibly time consuming to attempt to parse which things to drag where.

I had a sudden issue with OcDS 2.1 in DS 4.7, the tabs are all dockable each time they are opened, what happened was the NodeGraph Editor tab when moving it, snapped above the DS user interface, which resulted in the top of it cut off by the screen. Right clicking anywhere didn't allow me to close it. I couldn't move it and couldn't see or get to the close X button. I had to temporarily lower the screen resolution so that I could close it. (because I didn't want to loose my progress in octane by closing DS LOL) Not sure if its all daz-side issue with their new methods of handling docking in 4.7 or if something can be done to prevent it in the plug in, Ive mentioned it to Daz as well.

Spyro: I had that the first time I opened it - fortunately one of my monitors (that those node/octane windows were not on) was at the correct height... had to size it all the way to that monitor and then grab and lower a corner. Sounds like a DAZ issue (managing windows) - but would be a niceity to make sure the octane ones aren't out of reach.
I agree, I do think is much more a issue with Daz, just very annoying, and now that I know it, I'm being very careful LOL Just thought T-3 and others should know

Hi all, I've just installed the 2.12 4th pre-release on DS4.7 and I ran into the:
"This plugin account (########) is not valid for version 2.x"
I bought the 2.x upgrade in August while the free plugin upgrade promo was still in effect.
I remember reading that some users had had this same issue, thus if someone could direct me to the thread that addresses this issue I'd appreciate it.

You should see the option there, with a price. You click to upgrade, voucher gets applied. Upgrade at no charge (assuming you haven't already used the voucher for a different plugin).
