That doesn't make much sense in the case you have several licenses and want to sell just 1!geo_n wrote:You can sell your license before during V1. But you have to sell your whole account with. Meaning all your account info, forum username will just be passed to the next user.

Yeah but that's the email I got from radiance himself in the v1 cycle when I wanted to sell octane because it wasn't usable without an active internet connection.pBarrelas wrote:That doesn't make much sense in the case you have several licenses and want to sell just 1!geo_n wrote:You can sell your license before during V1. I have a Octane for Maya plugin v2.0 license to sell! But I am not in Europe, can I sell my product? only plugin!?

I have a C4D license which I am not using either.
Trying to transition to Modo during next year and the price increase of the plugin is not that welcomed. We are speaking of 200% increase. Now I am aware that plugin devs get a share of the profit and it will be stupid for Otoy to demand it back. However they can do something to help people. Let's say Modo plugin license is 180Euro(a lot compared to v1.x price). Otoy cancels my license and gives me a voucher equal to whatever was their share of the plugin profit when I bought. It won't be a big discount with the price increase and such but better than nothing.

I'm sure that if you contact them and explain your situation/thoughts, they will give you a solution. I don't think they are inflexible like Autodesk.00Ghz wrote:I have a C4D license which I am not using either.
