how to reduce a grain in render?

Ok, I've done a test and I figured out, that for my scene the sufficient is value 4 for diffuse depth, 5 for specular and 5 for glossy - better presets doesn't make any noticeable difference in rendered pic, and these updates has made my render faster on app. 4-5 min. per frame and it's very goos result, but noise level was same.

For small emitting lights/geometry you can use very low sampling, even 0 if you just want to see the light but not the effect light has on the scene ( which in case of small ligths is true )
If you want to light up the scene using small emitters you should use PMC kernel because it is superior in those cases.
