damn, I'm a little disappointed for your situation
I think that I have installed the 3.0 because I don't update it after the first installation:

edit: remember to remove the gt 120, your v-memory it's only 512mb for now

Thanks Bepeg4d
I would say that i will be very happy when it will work
Do i have to do something with SLI? because there's a message in the preferences but i don't know where i should desactivate SLI
I'm still hopping some help from Radiance.
Cheers,
Nicolas

Are you been able to downgrade to cuda tooolkit 3.0 and drivers 3.1.14?
Just an idea but have you installed the drivers for the GTX 285?

Hi Bepeg4D
Yes i did it, not at the first time but it still doesn't want to work.
I'm a little bit frustrated... Having a game and not able to play with it
Do i have to install drivers for the GT120 too?
Hopefully, i have a lot of work this week-end, i can forget this adventure
Cheers,
Nicolas

no they are already in the 10.6.4... what we can do?Do i have to install drivers for the GT120 too?

have you another hd on the mac-pro for doing a fresh installation of 10.6.4 + cuda toolkit 3.0 and drivers 3.1.14?
p.s. I think that these problems with cuda 3.1.17 should be reported on Mac-Forums

You should definitely deactivate it. I don't know much about SLI, but that is probably done in the BIOS or through software that came with your board. Check the manual.Colas wrote:Do i have to do something with SLI? because there's a message in the preferences but i don't know where i should desactivate SLI

That sounds strange.Colas wrote:Thanks Matej but i'm on Mac so there's no BIOS

At this point it's time that someone from Refractive steps in and gives some advices.
