OctaneRender® for 3ds max® v1.55b

I just migrated my 1.55b license to a new system which has Windows 8.1 OS on it, but apparently i got error on the plugin whenever I start 3Ds MAX 2012,
Just wondering if this version is not compatible with Windows 8.1?

What GPU and NVIDIA driver version do you have?

I use 3x GTX Titan and the driver version :GeForce 344.1, and x64 bit system OS

Can you please check your 3ds max root folder (c:\program files\autodesk\3ds max 2012\) for the following files:
octane.dat
octane.dll
vcomp100.dll

Yes, they are there as I suspected, It makes me wonder why it won't allow the plugin work. All I did was just regular/normal installation.
Other thing is the Octane stand alone works fine.

Did you double check you selected the right 32bit/64bit version for your 3ds max installation (match the 3ds max version, not windows version).

Yes have double checked, i have been re-install several times with no luck, since i.55 installer will automatically find the right version of 3DS Max (in this case, I used 3DS MAX 2012 x64).
I suspect there is incompatibility issue between the plugin and win 8.1,
