I guess the New Zealand guys are asleep now.
Did you try just going through the normal buying process? With the other plugins, it gets added to your cart at full price and then a credit for the full price shows up at checkout (when upgrading standalone at the same time).

I purchased the upgraded from 1 to 2, the day Octane 2 was launched (and the maya plugin in version 1).

Yeah, I'm also under the impression that there should be a credit showing up under the maya plugin, but alas.

Did your license info for V2 appear automatically?

Not sure what you mean...I only have the educational version of the Maya plugin, so I haven't upgraded it yet. I used my free upgrade on the Poser plugin.

Wait, the Maya plugin v1.5 was 199 euros, and the v2 is also 199 euros, so what is the upgrade price?

Ah, I thought you might have had upgraded to the new maya plugin and so I was asking if this appeared automatically in your account.

Hi JimStar

Region Rendering does not work.

I have a problem with Camera Focal Lengh and render viewport.

Sorry for my bad English

Best regards

Region render does work. If you use it. If you have "pick focus" enabled in camera - you use pick focus instead of pick region when selecting the region.

It's just gone 9 in the morning in New Zealand, so hopefully I'll get my license info shortly ;)
