I can play crysis, SC², Bioshock, portal, TRA, during many hours without a single crash...
Also with the game Mirror Edge we can turn on PhysX, and when i do that, my PC crash very fast, and i have to press 5s the power switch... When i disable this, it's ok.

Here a some octane device info:

GTS 250:
Global size memory = 511MB
Multiprocessors = 16
Cores = 128
8 core/processor
Clock Rate = 1801MHz
Shared Memory/Block = 16KB
Registers/Block = 8192
Warp Size = 32
Threads/BLock = 512

GTX 260:
Global size memory = 895MB
Multiprocessors = 27
Cores = 216
8 core/processor
Clock Rate = 1269MHz
Shared Memory/Block = 16KB
Registers/Block = 16384
Warp Size = 32
Threads/BLock = 512

GTX 470:
Global size memory = 1248MB
Multiprocessors = 14
Cores = 448
32 core/processor
Clock Rate = 791MHz
Shared Memory/Block = 48KB
Registers/Block = 32768
Warp Size = 32
Threads/BLock = 1024

I don't understand how Octane calculate this clock rate?
Why is it lower with Good GC?
Is the GC processors, similar to the CPU? We only have to divide the number of cores by multiprocessors? If i'am right the GTX470 have 32 cores/processor?
Too bad they can't use this Technology for CPU...

448 Cores VS 8 Cores i understand why this is faster :!:
