hi Daniel79,
your night scene is still too dark, try to light the scene with a HDR file, but look at the model when you light the scene, because the sky from the hdr might get too bright but, you will not use that sky anyway.
your railing is not realistic enough, try adding some more detail, use chamfer (if you are a max user) there are some highlights that will give you more realism.
Try adding some more exterior light, and put the color to temeprature around 3600-4600k to give you a more orange color.
Try to add some light for the vegetation, it looks nice with lights from down.

@ picajol everything in my scene is geometry, even the grass blades, i use multiscatter and raiclone plugins for max.
Using those there is not an exact polycount. but i guess it around 15 mil poly's.
