Those are looking really good.

If you tilted the camera on the top one and threw in some DOF, it would be like some artsy photo at a coffee house.

The last render is too much zoomed out I think
The coffee beans, they seem too much perfect, maybe add a texture

i also thing to add a little roasted texture to the beans, and make them a bit larger.
maybe make a small pile somewhere ? :)

how did you make the steam ?
it looks a bit weird though, a bit too white/bright.

it's an octanechino :)
or an octospresso :)

Got a smoke thingy from CGTextures and used an add blendmode in gimp, then clipped it round the edge of the cup.

Hi. I made new coffee bean which shuold look like this.

But when i try to load this spec map, octan crashes. :(

Are you loading it as a float image?
