just be careful and do everything turned off and the PSU unplugged (motherboard has power even when you shut down - burned a few memory sticks before so I know now) - I know it's obvious - but I always try to do things like install HDDs on the fly on a running system and managed to damage one (again) by just touching two HDDs together, that's because SATA drives are hot swappable and I am just impatient
