I agree about the flag, with that kind of wind speed, you almost want to see the same reflected in the way the waves are moving,

some specs:
about 2100 frames at 1024x576
pmc 8 bounces
from 10 to 20 minutes for each frame
one workstation used. 4 x gtx680 4gb
18 days of computation

Issues found:
flickering in some renders ( a sort of exposure flicker)
Dreamscape doesn't exchange Octane cameras
Forest Pack Pro sometime deleted my trees from the scene
