You can PM or just chat with EricNV here on the forums. He is the Cubix rep here and who we did the Siggraph booth with. He is very helpful so shoot any questions over to him if you need anything. With a macbook you would have to use the pcie x1 version as the express 34/54 slot only runs at that speed. Depending on your scene size it could take a bit for it to load the data onto the gpu(s), but once there you'd be fine. I was hoping to test this configuration out first hand at Siggraph but we didn't pack the express 34 adapter on accident.

Hi EricNV,
I met you at Siggraph and I'm in the market to spec out a couple of options for Cubix. Can you send your contact info to
[email protected]

Thanks much,
Jbeau

I am hoping that cubix release the special version they made for Siggraph as it looks awesome. We'll get some photos of it u and the rest of the booth in a day or so.
Wait till you see what we're going to do at NVIDIA GTC next month... :D (and yes, I did get in touch with Jeremy, and his order is in process - just now getting caught up from SIGGRAPH)

I want to go production with that special SIGGRAPH version - put some flashing LEDs in it and watch the gamers drool! However, have to get some other items off of Engineering's to do list first.

No, but I'll try talking Engineering into hooking it up today, and I'll see if I can get some quality shots loaded up on this page and at cubixgpu.com. We'll let the artists decide whether or not to offer it as an option!

It is a cell phone shot, but I took this at the show.

I would love to have one of those. I would even be willing to buy the top cover as a upgrade.

Same as current model, but with a clear, acrylic cover on top.
