Ah ?
I have the package standalone and 3dsmax plugin, could I use the standalone on one PC and the plugin on another PC ?.
Not tested because I have not a CUDA card on the other PC.

No, to run the 3ds max plugin you need a standalone license on the same machine.

Yes, the DAZ plugin will also require a standalone license on the same machine. (but you can have one standalone and multiple plugins on the same machine, you don't need a standalone for each plugin).
