Excellent work again!
For the eyes, I would just say to try different IORs just to check a little & the skin is slightly off but the mesh quality & textures does it all it's great.
Thank you for sharing this :)

Duno why but looking who are the main sponsors on this site, I think works made with Octane are not very welcome (it's hard for some dinosaures to accept that it is possible to make good works with cheap solutions) and indeed my works were refused since I used Octane. I'm very disgusted by such a partial attitude and considering there is only one person who decides what will be accepted or not, this site is not a public artist site anymore.
I hear you man, I had an account there but since it's clear they don't like my work, I deleted it.
Oh well, I've got the toprow on zbrushcentral, which to me is much more prestigious than cgtalk, and I won't forget I couldn't done it without Octane, this software truly changed the way I do CG, you guys rocks! 8-)

You have done a tremendous job with this project. Thanks for sharing the adventure with us.
As for the acceptance of cgtalk or another compatible site. Unless I'm mistaken we as artist do a lot of work for the sheer passion of it. We put our emotions into our artwork and try to convey our skills not that they become accepted by others, but acceptable by you the artist.

If every piece of artwork that leaves our choice of medium were to be criticized by others and downplay we would not continue to strive for our own satisfaction. Do you remember the teacher in grammar/high school who said you couldn't create art if you life depended on it. well you have taken the step to surpass that obstacle. How many countless times you may have heard you work is not good enough, Well those are behind you now too.

These are things we as artists hear from time to time and yet we carry on. Not for them but for US.
Again thanks for sharing your work and the steps used to produce these awesome work, We support you and that's what should matter.
