let's see... ground as a plain with reflection.... HDR map or textue on a plate as back ground. A piece of glossy transparent plain, either a complete transparent glass material for catching reflection, or simply a diffuse plain material with texture map, but with transparency value or opacity map.....

and its just intersecting the camera in 30%

Night HDRI with no plate, but You need to find the spot that You like and this will be tough.

Maybe I will make it till 30th, becouse its simple and will be simple. its a raw composition previiew ( final image I got in my head )

only borders borders and logo were photoshoped. Im posting earlier coz I like it already
