I need a great help to you my friends from the tribe Octane, I work with renderings of architectural projects, the times my clients send me files light, but other times they send me heavy and slow to load, or 3dsmax to crash, I wonder what the best option for me to end this problem, I have one and a Gtx590 Gtx560Ti and 12 gb of ram, what should I do to improve the loading??

It depends where those files where made. Sometimes if they are exported from autoCad, archICad or other packages they have a lot of unnesecary info and it's good idea to import in autocad, clean a bit and reexport, later even optimise a bit in 3ds max (group, merge..do what You can in order to get clean meshes & scene from clutter). Only after that switch to all the preRendering, texturing etc. 12gb shouldn't bottle-neck the system too much keeping in mind Your graphic cards.

Normally, I get files from Sketchup, when I export to 3ds, is heavy.
