imo not to big, but definitely to dirty ;) esp. the sunken yellow parts shouldn't collect that massive amount of rubber, and also rubber wear won't imo show a defined profile if more than one car (in single pass) had left it...
The obvious is that which is never seen until someone expresses it simply

I would give the street material more resolution. it looks a bit low-res to me. Or lower the bump value.
I like the dirt. :D

This is a try with a higher resolution but the contrast seems too dark.
However, the resolution of the normal map is very good.

i would tweak the scaling of the street tex. its to huge imo.

i saw your car animations. -Awesome work!
