Hi, this is a house i designed and i wanted to try night ilumitation in octane. this is my second render in octane, so far i think the software is awsome :)

i think the image is awesome - well done :D
The obvious is that which is never seen until someone expresses it simply

1x i7 2600K @5.0 (Asrock Z77), 16GB, 2x Asus GTX Titan 6GB @1200/3100/6200
2x i7 2600K @4.5 (P8Z68 -V P), 12GB, 1x EVGA GTX 580 3GB @0900/2200/4400

The only criticism i have, is the wall tiling on the doors and windows.

face, about the tilling what are you seeing there? what i am not liking is the sharp corners in the masonry.

had to look twice, but now i see what he means: the stones break/are offset at the edges - if there were real stones, you should see the cutted side-face :D (in other words "profile") along the edges...

Very nice scene. Same remark though, about the UV mapping of the stones in the corners. It is a common flaw I often see in renders everywhere.

ok i think y understand what you mean now... since english is not my native language some times it takes time until i can understand some paragraphs.

so.. this corner issue i could fix with these technics:

-use a diferent uv map for each face of the wall.
-model some rocks for the corners
-or use photoshop to create the profile.
right?

i think i will use the third option ;) its faster...
