A very quick exemple of camera tracking using octane render as renderer.
A little bit of post prod for shadows and alpha chanel (as octane doesn't support alpha background and matte shaders yet).

Hi,
@Henrik
If you are looking for camera tracking soft I would advice to try those :
SynthEyes, Boujou, PFTrack, voodoo (this last one is free).
@radiant
I used the renders of the 3d soft (which contains alpha chanel) and then used it in after effects to make a mask.

How did you get the shadow to match? - wouldn't the alpha chanel mask everything out that isn't geometri?I used the renders of the 3d soft (which contains alpha chanel) and then used it in after effects to make a mask.

It's been a while since anyone has thought about this. But, PFMatchit is a really solid, GPU accellerated, semi-economical ($700) new offering from Pixel Farm released at Siggraph this year.
I downloaded the PLE. And, walked through a bunch of the tutorials to learn the interface and kick the tires.
The interface is node based and very similar to Octane and Nuke. It does a really solid job of removing lens distortion and can solve most shots with many shot appropriate combinations of tracking and solve options. Most important, it is screaming fast compared to CPU based offerings. Tracking can be tedious and slow. This application goes a long way to speeding up the tracking process. The GPU offloading removes the pain of having to wait while a solve is cooking when you really need to continue to solve the elements of the shot. It's brilliant and right in the vein of Octane, try it.
