A feature exactly like the edge rendering available in the LightWave renderer is not available in Octane, but you could try to toon rendering tools (the toon shader and the Octane light configured in toon mode). It is the same workflow that you can find in the Standalone:

The infochannel kernel also has a mode to render the polygon edges, but it is more like a debug tool, too limited.
