Can you send me an orbx with these volumes in that setup please?
hi here is the scene with vdbs In this picture you can clearly see vdb box around the helicopter that leaves imprint on cloud vdb. For some reason octane treats empty grid cells as an object that distorts another vdb box. Vray does not have this problem with overlapping vdbs.

here is a post about this on phoenix forum https://forums.chaosgroup.com/forum/pho ... e-the-grid
Chaos said it is octane limitation. Hopefully you can fix it

We'll look into it. We already have some changes in mind. For now if you decrease the step length of both helicopter and cloud, the border will go away. We have ideas on how to avoid doing that.

This is an old Fermi card with CM 2.1 so it won't work anymore as support has been discontinued.

From the release notes:
Since XB2 Preview, we have dropped support for Fermi cards.

I have an FBX test scene with camera pan showing a sphere in front of a plane over a timeline.
I found a weird issue where the sphere for some reason gets dissolved/annihilated without me having animated that to happen.

The scene loads in fine, but as soon as I drag along timeline, the sphere disappears.
But, if I then now go back to the start frame, the sphere is still gone.
Whereas when I loaded the scene in, it was there.
Known issue, where imported FBX parts to a scene go missing when the timeline is moved?

Also - in the scene the Issue happens in V4's RC 2 & 3, but does not happen in V 3.08. So, V4 issue.

I also have encountered this issue with V4
I had had animated car with animated wheel and when I selected different frame wheels completely disappeared from the render

I'm testing the blender to octane plugin.
I enabled the denoiser in camera settings and then tried in display settings overriding the camera one but the image doesn't seem to be denoised at all.
Is there something special to do or to not do when using the denoiser ?
Also motion blur is not working, I got a weird image with missing objects and a black and white band in the bottom of the image, very strange behavior.
Thanks

Could you please send me the scene?
