Here is a new version which is based latest SDK 3.03.4. This version has lot of addons and revisions over previous release. So I call that as TEST and keep until see enough positive feedbacks.

- Deprecated: Send all data, 8-Bit buffer on Render Settings. Please stay away to use these for future projects. They will be removed in some period of time. Go with "force updates" in objecttag if you have update problems.
MATERIAL STACKING LIMITATIONS
- Only works with c4d materials and octane materials and will not work with mix materials in any combination
- Works on movable meshes. So it requires to be in auto mode for LV or auto detect for PV or object tag in manual mode. Doesn't work on "Send all data" method.
- Works with flat/cube/cylindrical/spherical projection types. Tiling support. Doesn't account the current tag's UVW mapping coordinates. It takes it from previous material which has not alpha/opacity.
- Can work with selection assignments. But it's still limited on complex selection sets
- Go with mix material setups for advanced usages
Requirements:
-You'll need to update your Cinema 4D to latest versions(16.050 and 17.053). Otherwise the plugin will not work and not appear in menus.
-Internet connection for activation, be sure that C4D and Octane will not be blocked by firewall and any antivirus software.
-Updated Nvidia drivers(at least 344.x(Cuda 6.5 or later) for V2.x, Cuda 7.5 for V3.x.

Installation
First remove all octane related stuff from plugins and main folder of Cinema4D.
Extract all files to Cinema4D\plugins\c4dOctane directory.
Also download manual.zip and extract to c4dOctane directory if it's not available in place.
There are a few files for each one is for different Cinema4D version. Remove all except the file is for your version.
Ex. if you have Cinema4D R16.0, keep only "c4dOctane-r16.cdl64" and delete c4dOctane-r15.cdl64, c4dOctane-r14.cdl64, etc..

PLEASE IMPORTANT NOTICE
New License system:
We'll run it over the new license system and login window anymore. So you'll need to enter OTOY userid and password to able run the plugin and standalone. This is same combination to entering for Account page of Otoy.
This mean that you shouldn't try to use plugin id/pass pairs since this time. Also this system choose one of your licenses if you have many.

If you have C4D startup hangups try to delete these files.
Windows: %APPDATA%/OctaneRender/otoy_credentials
OSX: ~/Library/OctaneRender/otoy_credentials (you may have to use Finder's Go->Go To Folder... and type "~/Library/OctaneRender" - without the quotes - to get to that folder)
CUDA requirements
Due to a CUDA compiler bug we had switch to CUDA 7.5, which means on Windows and Linux you may need to update your NVIDIA graphics driver to a current version which supports at least CUDA 7.5. On Mac OSX you may have to update the CUDA driver for Mac to a current version supporting at least CUDA 7.5.
BUG REPORTS
I'll be happy, if anyone can be specific on their bug reports.
I need to know that your plugin version/Os/HW and last operations before crashes to reproduce and investigate the same problem.
And please attach a SCENE and BUGREPORT.ZIP.

Will that support only Texture-Map? Not Procedural Shader.

A/B Compare have some problem.
I use show alpha option. Empty-BG will turn white.

I have the feeling since V3.03.3-R1 the Random Color doesn't work correctly anymore.
It renders fine in LV but makes problems in PV Render.
Am I missing something?

EDIT: Well! I think there is a glitch if you don't put material to object of clones. It can be a bad-effect of revisions for material-mixing. I'm trying to fix.

Amazing work aoktar! I wrote you about C4D Paint last week, and not sure if your fix to "detect paint of xbitmap" is what did the trick, but I can paint now with that plugin and refresh the octane window with a keyboard shortcut and see nearly instant feedback. It's crazy being able to paint onto objects in a lit scene and see the results in (practically) realtime! Thanks!!!
