90% Cpu usage and slow rendering

At first im 17 years old, and hope my english is good to understand.
I have some Problems with my Octane fore C4D. (GTX 970)
My modelling renders really slow, i used a octane sky and nothing more.
It needs about 10 minutes.
But the main Problem is, that i have a CPU usage from about 90%.
But Octane use just the GPU i think?
I hope i get a solution

I don't know how do you compare the speed but i think first you should watch this tutorial to learn the basics.
