How to turn off shadows?
Off the top of my head there are two things I can think of which you might try.
(1) Increase Sky Turbidity in the Daylight setting. This will not remove shadows but will soften them and you might be able to get away with that. Note though it will also change and darken your lighting.
(2) A more involved approach is to try and render out your shadows to a separate layer. This may or may not work depending on your scene and its complexity. I have done this before but can not recall the exact steps and there may be a few ways of doing it in Blender.

You can use Octane's layer system to stop walls casting a shadow.
