hi, I have a problem with a UV, can depend on what? is not applicable to displace the edges? Furthermore, in the same UV map there are two different scales!

Set the "Smooth Threshold" parameter for this surface to 90º or more and enable "Smoothing".

I am not sure. Are you sure that the texture has the same scale in the UV map? ... you could check it is you set the texture in the object to see it in the OpenGL viewport.

If you are not using the Octane projection node or the plugin UVMAP node, the scale problem should be in the UV map. If you want to send to me the object I could test it here.

Yes, the problem is the UV map as you can see in the OpenGL viewport (the top bricks are bigger than the down ones). Remap it again with an uniform UV map in modeler or use a Octane projection to map it.
