there its a way to use an animated background and rendered? or somethink like a screen mapping but animated?

I am not sure if there is another way to rdner directly in Octane... There is anothe rhtread about this I think...
but you can render with alpha channel (transparant background) and add animated background in post with videoeditor.

If you really need to do it all in one pass you can add a self illuminated rectangle and link in to the camera. Its only a workaround.
