The problem sounds like its groupings within Zbrush. Or again, it could be subdivision level that you not exporting right.

You would have learned this in the basics of zbrush.

Keep in mind that you cannot subdivide the mesh in Zbrush or you will not be able to import your obj, since you've changed the vertice information.

Don't mess with the poly count or anything like that in Zbrush. It'll make a mess for sure.

Your best bet if you do want to do fibre mesh hair and you want to do it you don't want to take the time to learn and sit down and read Zbrush. Without the hassle of learning

go buy this product . It would do exactly the same Z brush, but very much easier for you to understand and export easly. with no hassle

Yhanx Chopper. I am a bit impatient, he he he... I found a tutorial that rebelmommy from Rendo made withing 10 steps. she used poser 4 or something with Zbrush 2, so some of the things look a bit different, but I recon Ill figure it out.

Thanx again for the whole Idea.

You really only need to watch the above Digital tutorial regarding it. It has everything you need.

need to watch it 3 or 4 times to fully understand it.

But it's really the only tutorial you really need to watch regarding exportation creation

this looks really interesting! I recently rendered my V4 in poser and thought - "this looks great EXCEPT the hair! "

I agree zbrush has a steep learning curve. Chopper- you think look at my hair is easier to make pro type styles than that Garibaldi system?

thanks

yes i think http://www.furrythings.com/introduction/

Is a better system in my views, very much easier to use and user-friendly. If you want to get into doing fibre mesh hair. It's probably the best product to use.

But as said before, it's just a dam shame that there's no poser related product you will have to install Daz studio.

, But if you take the time to learn Z brush sit down, take a few weeks and learn it, you will be sculpting fibre mesh hair in no time.

Unfortunate my not be doing any rendering this weekend as I have to break down my graphic system and install three new water blocks for the graphics cards.

Hopefully, then I can get some animation up and running take some motion capture via the Microsoft Kinect .

But that's a whole new story and a new thread

Got a chance to spend a few minutes playing with ZB fibre hair - very nice! It can even be used for body hair.

But the problem with that ZBrush hair is movement, right? I mean, in the end you re-import a static object into Poser, or did I miss something?
So you'd have to apply it to a posed figure for a still image, or even rig it in any way for animation?

It's probably not an option for animation if you want the hair to move dynamically.

Yes as animation wise as far as I'm aware you can really animate it. But I could be wrong on that I haven't investigated it is yet
