Inside view.

A miracle : I have been able to load 1174067 triangles on my 8800 GTS 512, with 332.2/511 MB used ! :P

As the model is very detailed, with even the original Lincoln leather key holder on the contact, I wanted to put the sight at the level of driver's eyes, in front of the sea, but I think that I will have to reimport after moving the car, because I dont achieve to put the camera where I want. It seems to be stopped at the center of the scene, inside or just behind the driver's seat.

Hi,

I think it's very nice, reminds me of the house that shrek lives in :)
maybe try a more immersed camera angle ? so it does'nt look like a little model sitting on a plane ?

ROUBAL, very good angle, I didn't saw that the car was detailed like that :shock:

3dland, awesome modelling and cartoony scene, a lot of potential, keep improving ;)

@3dland : I also thought of Shreck's house. Nice model. :P

Below, two new renders :

Unfortunately, when I modelled this car, I only used Blender internal render engine, and most of the textures were procedural. So, I have lost the leather texture of the seats. I should bake it and UV map it again one day ! I also forgot to enable the export of some small UV textures in blender : Written informations on the buttons and the pedals.

The Image Lincoln-1962_26 has been rendered with Pathtracing in a first step. The lighting was good, but there were too many fireflies and the denoised image was verry blurry. So I rendered it again in Directlighting, and I added this second render with Directlighting on top of the first one, at 70%. Fireflies have been reduced enough and some details that were not very visible in Direct lighting, like details of the clock behind the glass material have been kept.

On the second image, nothing more done than some fireflies removed by hand.

Both renders at 16000 s/px.
