no floor, tinted glass, shadows transparent

Hello.
I have tried to search here, and on google, but could not find an explanation how to do it. I would like to be able to have a transparent PSD file where on one layer I have an object with tinted glass and on another layer I have a shadow. So that I can then put the image over whatever background.

Image

Here I have a concrete cube with two glass panels, on a grey cyc, with OctaneSky HDRI map. I am able to export the objects (concrete and glass with alpha transparency) without background and shadows, BUT the tinted glass turns grayscale—loses colour information.

I am unable to:
1) export the alpha-transparent shadows without background (shadows around the cube),
2) export the tinted glass as a transparent color object.

Do you have any link with an axplanation on how to do it, or what option have I missed in the renderer settings? I have spent two days at this and could not solve the mistery. It seems to me it should be a very popular function for product renders, but cant find info on this.
Thank you.

Hello, paride4331, thank you very much for the encouraging reply.
I had a quick go through the steps but was not able to make it behave the way I wanted. Now will try again, more meticulously and with a simpler scene. Thanks to you I, at least, see the light at the end of a tunnel.
