Hey everybody,
I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this question and I'm sure it's been asked before, but I can't figure it out by myself. My apologies.
I'm currently on a V4 license and looking at what it would cost to upgrade to the latest Octane.
When looking at Maintenance Upgrade, there is a small text below the 12/24 month option that reads 'Maintenance extensions require upgrading from an existing, active, non-expired maintenance plan
or - for a limited time - a legacy V4 perpetual license.' Does that mean I can buy the 12 Month extension and my V4 will be upgraded to the last version?
It's confusing because on the same page I have another option below to upgrade my legacy V4 perpet license to 2020.x perpet license + 1 year maintenance upgrade option.

Basically: Does buying the 12 month extension upgrade me to the latest license like it says on the text (that for a short time people can upgrade from V4 to a maintenance extension?) Or do I first have upgrade to a perpetual license using the upgrade option?
Sorry if it's a little unclear, thank you for your help!
