Hi Lev,
That is not how ACES is purposed,
in particular, when loaded via OCIO in Octane. Such operations would need to be using scene-referred formulas and properly "chained".
You could use ACES LMTs/OCIO Looks if you have the knowledge to do so, but instead, I would highly suggest you to consider a different (and better suited) solution for you. ACES is not meant to be used by everyone for everything.
