I can't believe I'm the only one experiencing this!
1) Render a frame, select "save image" and save to hard drive.
2) Render another frame, select "save image", pick the previous file (to save over and retain the same name). Max crashes and image is not saved.
This happens on my home PC as well as on my work pc which is running the Octane trial.
Please help, this problem means my work flow is suffering because I can't simply save over an image file, have to go through a whole load of trouble renaming and deleting files.
Thank you
