Hey,
Nice looking design! I usually render panoramas, so you can get the whole 360 effect of the room

I can feel the light.
That is photorealism.
Bravo.

I like the bathroom shot especially on my new 43" monitor - in 4K from 1-2 distance the renders are looking very real. Congrats.

Thanks guys for kind remarks.
On the way to figure out the power of Octane.
Sometimes a little unpredictable though... Maybe that's part of the fun.

What wast the light setup?
Quite good time results. Could you share your render settings? What is your GPU?
One Hdri with as main lighting, Gamma 1.15;
One Hdri as backplate, reflection and refraction
One GPU 980 ti, 3000 PT and very simple PS for contrast,sharpening and some lighting error.
Not too much I can share as i said I am still exploring. I still can not find the right recipe. Still really case by case.
