Hello there
Just updated to Octane 4 + plugin for lightwave, I can't find how to use the brigade rendering engine in the lightwave plugin or the standalone.
Am I missing something?
Thank you
Where is Brigade?

Go to the what’s new in Octane 4 in the news or blog page. it’s built in, and scene changes are 100x faster in the viewport.

Ok. I thought It would be another kind of Kernel speeding up the path tracing rendering as well, didn't realized It was integrated already.
Thank you

I first understood that "Brigade" was a real-time game engine-like PBR rendering engine. But if all it does is to load animation scenes faster, isn't that what "AI Scene" was about? I am very confused about it. It doesn't seem to speed up Path Tracing rendering, which is what I thought it would do, even with some limitations. It is not even mentioned in the Octane 4 documentation. From the comment above, I came to the conclusion that "Brigade" is actually "AI Scene" for what it is claimed to do.
Could someone please explain what Brigade actually is?

See the two brigade videos. You can run any kernel over brigade - from info to PMC, and even pathracing can be 120 FPS if the host app supports it as fast as we can show above in standalone.
