I've been experiencing frequent crashes lately that's making it hard to make any progress of my project. These crashes are coming from random things like turning on a layer, connecting a node, re-starting a new render, applying a material, etc. I'm on 441.66 Studio driver, but i've also tried rolling back to 431.86, still the same problem. I've had more than 10 crashes in the last hour, so I thought I should come here for some help/insight. I've attached the bug report below.

Octane version: 2019.1.5
C4d Version: R21. 115
GPU: RTX 2080 TI (x3)
64 GB of RAM

Thanks

Can you be on limits of VRAM or RAM or high poly? Or using overclocked GPUs?

None of my gpu's are overclocked. In the project, I have about 3.5 GB free VRAM. My RAM seems to be good, didn't look like it was peaking. The is a new problem that just started today. The project and Octane was working fine up until now. I can't seem to figure out what's causing these new crashes. I can't interpret the bug report, but does it give any hints?

Thanks,

Seun

Seems like crashing at octane.dll, not directly related with plugin. This kinda problems appeared after latest drivers and latest octane. Not sure why

Mmm. Is there anything I can do on my end to not deal with it? Should I use previous version of Octane 2019?

Thanks again for the quick response/assistance.

It seems like the crash is scene specific. It's been working fine for the last few months up until yesterday. I tried using the game ready driver, and using the previous 2019 version, but it's still crashing. I've also tried copying the scene to a new project file, but still the same issue. Is there anyway I can send you this scene privately?

Thanks,

Seun

Yes pack it, send me a link by pm or send to support email. And write how to reproduce it!

I've been investigating the scene all day and the crash seems to be caused by a certain object in a null. When it's in the null and I try to toggle the "visible in render", I get an Octane.dll crash. But when I take it out of the null, everything works fine and I'm able to work. I've reproduced this on my end multiple times so I'm 100% this is somehow the cause. I'll collect the project and detail how to reproduce this!
