As subject, it seems that Xref Legacy doesn't works correctly. In fact, I can load the model and in the editor windows, I can see the texture mapping, but NOT in the Live Viewer.
Xref, instead, works fine...
But, as always, I'm wrong...

Why do you use legacy mode, what's the advantages? Why i'm asking, because if you use this there is not any material imported. Plugin is not designed to work without materials in scene.

Thank you Ahmet!
i didn't know about this Legacy thing. now i'm able to render it with materials. But i use Hq grass kit from Content Library and seems like i have to convert them manually into Xref instead of Legacy, don't i ? Btw, would be nice to be able to use Lecagy due to less mess of scene files. hundres of objects and materials.
Ed: i've just seen the "Show Objects" chechbox that hides the object which is cool anyway.
