I keep getting this error, see the attachment. Anything wrong with settings?

I have GeForce GTX 660Ti, Driver 416.94, Intel i7-3820 @3.60GhZ, 16GB RAM.

I tried just copy the car to the new project to see what's going to happen and it's acting weird, sometimes it renders sometimes it doesn't

Sorry, I can't reproduce it, but the upcoming v4d demo will fix a couple of issues that might be related to what you are seeing.
