I can't log in three days after purchasing octane, the following message "Could not find the required license or your subscription has expired.if you already have a subscriptOctane Standalone and this plugin, release it by closing all instances of Octane Standalone and your plugins host application elsewhere. You can also unlocks page and retry." will appear when logging in. Are there any other friends who are in the same situation? need help
Hi,
the problem you are having could be caused by an issue during deactivation, due to Windows update , or a crash, or an issue with internet connection.
To solve, you need to visit your personal Octanelive page, and deactivate your licenses by pressing the red Unlock button beside of both licenses, Standalone and plugin:
for Commercial licenses
for Subscription licenses
Please note that the web counter will be rest to maximum after a certain period of time, if the unlock button will not be used during that time.
