4.02 is no responding in R19 Tweet

OctaneStudio-for-C4D-V4.02.1-R2 The C4D process is no responding in R19. 4.01 can be used. Does anyone know what the problem is? My NV graphics driver is 417.71.

try to download 4.02.1-R2 another time, here is working perfectly on both R19 and R20.
If not enough, please post a screenshot from the Console log (Shift+F10).

It does not display the working window of C4D. The mouse pointer is always a circle.

I replaced the R20 version and the problem has been solved. Thank you!
