Hi,
I'm new to this forum.
I've been using Octane at work for some time now and I'd like to start using the standalone version and the plugin for Rhino for private use .
I'm considering buying a "gaming" laptop with an integrated GeForce GTX 1050 graphic card. Does that meet the recommendations for CUDA cores? I read that 7,5 is recommended and to my knowledge GTX 1050 has 640 CUDA cores. Is that enough or does that actually translate to 6,4?
Sorry for the newbie question.
Best, A
