I am having an issue with the PBR Render Target Component Inspector being greyed out and not functioning. Uninstalling and reinstalling Octane from the scene doesn't help neither does creating a new Render Target. It works fine if I start a new project. The problem seems to occur after using the PBR recorder although this could be a coincidence. Has anybody got any suggestions of how to fix this please?

The recorder will lock the PBR Render Target controls, as modifying properties while recording could cause problems. Is your recorder still active?

Not as far as I am aware. It continues to be greyed out after restarting Unity. Do I need to close the Recorder window for it to deactivate? It has started working again at the minute but this happens quite often.

Here the same, sometimes it's active after turn on and off play mode, but twice i had to reinstall octane. I was always using the recorder, but it was still greyed out after finished jobs. Rendering again a single frame solved it...
