when we are using geometry nodes, there will be a need to translate blender colors to octane RGB texture. To do this we have to split blender's color into floats in R G B channels separately, then we can combine floats to our octane RGB texture, in theory.
Yet I have some problem on this, please see the image below, and the attached blend file, the two material in the blender file should be the same looking, but they are not, are there anything that I am doing wrong or it is a bug?
